TRCN Act CAP T3 of 2004 stipulates that a registered teacher may be deregistered on several grounds which include:
a. Forgery oof registration documents and process.
b. Conviction by the Teachers Tribunal for the breach of professional conduct and related offences.
c. Conviction by court of law for criminal offence.
d. Death.
