NIN Verification Process

TRCN verifies your National Identification Number (NIN) as part of the registration process.

Common Issues

Verification Failed

• Ensure you entered the correct 11-digit NIN
• The name on your NIN must match the name you registered with
• If your NIN details don't match, update your NIMC records first

Verification Pending

• NIN verification can take a few minutes
• If it remains pending for more than 24 hours, contact support

Name Mismatch

• If your NIN name differs from your TRCN registration name, you may need to update one to match the other
• Contact TRCN support with both your TRCN profile details and your NIMC slip
